From you, when you use the contact form: your name, email address, brand or company name, the subject you selected and the message you write. From you, when you join the clubhouse letter: your email address, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your consent to receive the letter. Usage data: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and IP address, collected through analytics with your consent where required.
3. Zofia
Zofia is an AI-generated character. Her images are generated, and she depicts no real person.
4. Why we process it
To answer your message, which is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started. To send you the clubhouse letter, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from any letter or by writing to us. Analytics runs on consent, and you can withdraw it through the cookie banner.
5. Who else sees it
Amazon Web Services hosts the site and delivers our email. Google provides reCAPTCHA, which protects the forms from bots, and Google Analytics, when you consent to it. We sell your data to no one.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and for up to three years afterwards. A letter address is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion, by writing to hello@zofiagolf.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
