Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. The site
Zofia Golf, 800 N King Street, Suite 304, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA, operates zofiagolf.com. Using the site means accepting these terms.
2. Zofia is generated
Zofia is a computer-generated character. She is fictional, depicts no real person, and any resemblance to a real individual is unintended. Her story, including her season and her goals, is part of that fiction.
3. Links and recommendations
Some links on this site may be affiliate links, which pay us a commission on a purchase at no extra cost to you. They are marked where they appear. A product named here is chosen for the story, and is never a review of personal use.
4. The clubhouse letter
The letter is for adults only. Joining it requires confirming that you are 18 or older, or of the age of majority where you live. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. What you may do with the images
The visuals, the name and the written material on this site belong to us. You may view and share a published post as the platform it sits on allows. Reproducing the material commercially, training a model on it, or presenting it as your own requires our written permission.
6. Enquiries
A message sent through the contact form starts a conversation, nothing more. It creates no contract and no obligation on either side until something is signed.
7. Availability
The site is provided as it is. We keep it up as best we can, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
8. Contact
